Huong Nguyen
Director

Huong joined Bó Lè Associates in 2006 when the Ho Chi Minh office was launched. She assisted in setting up and driving growth of the office. Huong specializes in handling senior level assignments and she has worked with clients in different industries including logistics, FMCG, banking and finance, industrial, manufacturing and pharmaceutical.

Prior to joining Bó Lè, Huong gained extensive experience in sales and marketing, first working for TNT, a Dutch based company, where she rose through the ranks to finally become the Country Sales, Marketing and Commercial Director. Afterwards, she worked as a consultant for a freight forwarder company.
 
Huong is a dynamic and innovative professional with strong leadership skills. Huong received her B.A. in English from the Hue Teacher Pedagogy and a degree later on in sales management. She is fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

Nghia Do
Associate

Nghia joined Bó Lè Associates as an Associate, specializing in accounting and financial services.

Nghia has worked for Sacombank, HSBC and Standard Chartered in Vietnam, handling SME customers and Premier Banking private customers. His relationship management experience has provided him with extensive knowledge of the customer services and sales function of banking services and investment advisories. Prior to joining the banking industry, he worked for major recruitment firms and was responsible for research and business development.

Nghia graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Agriculture and Forestry, HCMC in Vietnam. He is fluent in Vietnamese and English.

Analyn Hao
Associate

Analyn joined Bó Lè Associates in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in 2010 as Research Associate. Having successfully placed numerous senior-level candidates in sectors including IT, pharmaceutical, industrial, manufacturing and finance, she was quickly promoted to the position of Associate within a few months.

Prior to joining Bó Lè, Analyn worked for an international BPO company as Recruitment and Screening Specialist, where she had gained valuable multi-regional experience through offshore screenings of companies in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.

Graduated from De La Salle University in the Philippines with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Analyn is adept with the subject of industrial psychology, specifically psychological testing and research, allowing her to better understand the needs of both clients and candidates. Analyn has excellent interpersonal and communicative skills, and is fluent in both English and Tagalog.
